"I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work accomplished by the whole IMS team. From our journey to Salzburg, to the Majestic Train ride, to the Spanish Riding School, Nadja led the Austrian team’s success with calm, organized approach. Your guides were wonderful in bringing these amazing destinations to life for Kawasaki guests. I greatly appreciate Nadja’s detail, willingness to meet with us regularly, and overall wonderful hospitality she demonstrates. Our final evening in Budapest was a “big operation” for sure, and it was led so wonderfully by Linda. Her attention to detail in building an amazing show was noted both by our team and the Kawasaki lead. Most of the time our team has to be very involved for the event to proceed in the “Kawasaki Way”. In Budapest, the organization and leadership shown by Linda meant that we all could relax, enjoy the show, and even eat dinner! You don’t know how rare that is these days. Thanks as well to Eva for attending our event and handing me a glass of wine when I needed it the most. I appreciated her presence and support!
